Prepare for the 3-Day Asset Protection Summit Before you attend the 3-Day Asset Protection Summit we recommend that you get started on your personal asset protection plan. We have created a few simple steps to help you prepare. Steps to the Summit 1. Take inventory of your estate assets. Download our estate analysis form and spend some time going over your estate assets (remember to take stock of both business and personal assets). Download Estate Analysis Form (Adobe PDF is required to view and print) 2. Read chapter 1 & 2 of the Asset Protection Bible. These chapters were designed to give you a foundation of the types of entites available to you, what they do, and how they can protect, tax and plan your estate. 3. Peruse chapter 3 of the Asset Protection Bible. There are 15 case studies of all different sized estates ( very basic to very large). There will llikely be a few case studies similar to your situation. We recommend that you not skip any of the case studies simply because you feel they do not apply to you. Several of the case studies have examples of asset protection methods that will be helpful in your planning. 4. Using the case study examples from chapter 3, grab a piece of paper and draw up your own personal case study. (you may have a few different case studies for your personal situation). Even if you do not feel completely sure your case study is 100% accurate, that's o.k. this exercise is designed to help you apply what you have learned to your personal estate. You are now well prepared to attend our 3-day Asset Protection Summit.
